Commonly Asked Questions
-Where is the event being held?
On the campus of Jean Ribault High School at the Baseball Grounds

-Will a tent be provided for us?
No, you are responsible for providing your own tent for the event. ALL TENTS MUST FIT INTO YOUR PURCHASED SPACE(S)

-What size are the spaces?
Each Space is approximately 10W x 35L feet.
​
-Can you send me a sample of the shirt?
No, a preliminary design of the shirt was shown at the interest meeting but will not be sent out individually.
​
-Where is Parking for the event?
As of now…parking will be in the front of the school. But plans are subject to change.
​
-Are RVs permitted?
No, RVs will NOT be allowed in.
​
-Can I bring a golf cart?
Yes, golf carts are permitted.
​
-Does everyone have to have a shirt?
Yes, to enter the event, all attendees MUST have purchased an official Come Together Day shirt. Shirts must be worn throughout the entire event. Failure to do could result in you being asked to leave the event.

-Will I be able to pay for entrance on the day of the event?
No, all spaces and t-shirts had to be purchased by 4/30/2023
​
-When can we set up?
Set up for the event is from 8am - 11am on the day of the event. At 11am the event space will be cleared, and the event space will open to the General Public at 12 noon.

-Can I bring my own DJ equipment?
No, a DJ will be provided for everyone during the event. Personal music speakers are not
allowed. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to vacate the venue.

-Can We Bring in Food and Drinks?
No Drugs or Alcoholic Beverages Are Allowed on Jean Ribault High School Campus. However, each class is permitted to bring food and non alcoholic drinks (grills are allowed // must be able to fit into the space(s) that you have purchased).

-Do we have to clean up?
The breakdown for clean-up will start at approximately 5:30 pm. Each class is responsible
for bringing trash bags to clean up their area of tailgating.
